Lack of Safety
Are they drug-free? Do they have the proper tree service equipment and expertise? Do they carry sufficient general liability insurance and a current certificate to verify it? Do they have appropriate licensing? Do they have Workers’ Compensation? Am I confident they’ll take every precaution to safeguard my property?
Lack of Fair Pricing
Will they demand any payment before completing the work to my absolute satisfaction? Does their estimate seem reasonable? Do they try to sell unnecessary work? Are their prices inflated after a storm?
